Binding Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jillbd. Registration on the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms, including any updates published at this URL with a revised effective date.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is entitled to hold exactly one jillbd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity, a family member's identity, or a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

Fair Play Commitment

jillbd is committed to fair play on both sides of the relationship. All games use certified RNG systems from recognised international providers. Bonus terms are stated plainly. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed promptly, typically within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillbd account credentials. jillbd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you notify jillbd support immediately upon discovering unauthorised access.

BDT Transactions Only

All deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and account balances on jillbd are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jillbd does not accept foreign currency deposits. All stated amounts in these terms use the ৳ symbol to denote BDT values.

Terms May Be Updated

jillbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted at this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the jillbd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. General Terms

Effective: 1 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jillbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses the website at jillbd.net, or uses any service offered through the jillbd platform.

By accessing jillbd.net, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. jillbd operates primarily for players based in Bangladesh, and these Terms have been drafted with Bangladeshi players in mind. All monetary references use Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.1 — Definitions

"Platform" means the jillbd website at jillbd.net, its mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, game lobbies, sportsbook, cashier, and account management features.
"Player" means any adult individual aged 18 or over who has registered a verified account on the jillbd platform.
"Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the jillbd platform, denominated in BDT.
"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or tournament prizes credited to a Player's account by jillbd.
"Real Money Funds" means BDT amounts deposited by a Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any supported bank transfer method.
"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

1.2 — Platform Availability

jillbd makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond jillbd's reasonable control. jillbd is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, including missed sporting events or time-sensitive in-play bets.

1.3 — Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under principles of fair dealing applicable to international online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market. All communications between jillbd and Players shall be conducted in English. jillbd does not provide legal services and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

2. Account Registration

To use the jillbd platform, you must first register an account. Registration is free of charge and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out below. By completing registration, you confirm the accuracy of all information provided and accept these Terms.

2.1 — Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. jillbd enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception.
You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address.
You must not already hold an active or suspended jillbd account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account.
You must not be self-excluded from the jillbd platform or from online gambling services generally at the time of registration.

2.2 — KYC Verification

jillbd is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above ৳5,000 or as otherwise required by our internal compliance procedures. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires you to submit:

A clear photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation. jillbd will process KYC submissions within 48 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Until KYC is approved, withdrawal limits apply as set out in Section 3.

2.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your jillbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jillbd will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact jillbd support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

2.4 — Accurate Information Obligation

You must ensure that all information held on your jillbd account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment method change, you must update your account information promptly. jillbd reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or materially misleading, pending satisfactory verification.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jillbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jillbd supports a range of local payment methods to ensure that every player in Bangladesh has convenient access to deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

3.1 — Supported Payment Methods

Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

jillbd does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed above. Deposits made through unsupported channels will be returned after deduction of any applicable reversal fees charged by the payment provider.

3.2 — Deposit Limits and Processing Times

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction (subject to your payment provider's own limits).
Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your jillbd account within 2 minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours during BST business hours.

3.3 — Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
Maximum withdrawal: ৳200,000 per day for fully KYC-verified accounts.
Processing time — bKash and Nagad: Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Processing time — Bank transfers: Processed within 2 hours during BST business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 BST).
Unverified accounts: Withdrawal processing is suspended pending KYC completion. Players are encouraged to complete KYC before requesting their first withdrawal.

3.4 — Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your jillbd account. Third-party withdrawals — including to a family member's bKash or bank account — are strictly prohibited. jillbd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request it deems to require further due diligence.

3.5 — No Fees Policy

jillbd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. jillbd has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonus Policy

jillbd offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional conditions stated in the specific promotion announcement.

4.1 — Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering their first jillbd account only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
Reload and ongoing promotions are available to players whose accounts are in good standing (not suspended, restricted, or under investigation).
Players who have activated self-exclusion or whose accounts are subject to deposit limits may have restricted access to certain promotional offers in accordance with jillbd's responsible gaming obligations.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for jillbd bonuses is 25x the bonus amount in real-money bets. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse

jillbd takes bonus integrity seriously. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and, in repeated cases, suspension of the player's account:

Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
Using systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual risk exposure ("bonus hunting").
Collusion with other players to share, transfer, or pool bonus funds.
Providing false identity information to qualify for a bonus.

4.4 — Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account balance without notice and without replacement.

5. User Obligations

As a player on the jillbd platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

5.1 — Prohibited Activities

You must not use the jillbd platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.
You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the jillbd platform or its underlying software systems.
You must not use automated scripts, bots, or software tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
You must not attempt to exploit software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error may be voided at jillbd's discretion.
You must not engage in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
You must not use the jillbd platform to process transactions on behalf of a third party or as part of any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime scheme.

5.2 — Responsible Use of the Platform

You agree to use the jillbd platform for personal entertainment only and within financial limits you can comfortably afford. jillbd strongly encourages all players to make use of the available responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — to maintain a healthy relationship with gambling. 5.3 — Communication Standards

When contacting jillbd customer support, you agree to communicate respectfully and in good faith. jillbd reserves the right to terminate support interactions and restrict account access in cases of abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support staff.

6. Account Closure

Either the player or jillbd may initiate account closure. The process and consequences differ depending on which party initiates closure and the reasons for it.

6.1 — Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your jillbd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closure is processed, any remaining Real Money Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳500) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

6.2 — jillbd-Initiated Closure or Suspension

jillbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without advance notice — in any of the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
Confirmed or suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
Confirmed or suspected multi-accounting.
Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse.
Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against jillbd.

In cases of jillbd-initiated closure due to breach of these Terms, jillbd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, Real Money Funds will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

7. Age Restriction

jillbd operates a strict 18+ age policy. Gambling is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of any local customs, family arrangements, or third-party permissions that might otherwise be cited.

7.1 — Age Verification at Registration

All players are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older during the registration process. This declaration is legally binding. Any player found to have provided a false date of birth during registration will have their account permanently closed, all winnings voided, and any deposits refunded to the payment method used — minus any bonuses that were fraudulently claimed.

7.2 — KYC Age Verification

jillbd may request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process at any point during a player's account lifetime — not only at registration. Acceptable age verification documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Accounts where age verification has been requested but not completed within 14 days will be suspended until documents are provided.

7.3 — Parental and Guardian Responsibility

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your care has accessed jillbd, you must contact support immediately at [email protected]. jillbd recommends the use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Several free and paid parental control tools are available for Android and iOS devices commonly used in Bangladesh.

8. Limitation of Liability

jillbd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jillbd takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates correctly, fairly, and securely at all times, certain limitations on liability apply as set out below.

8.1 — Platform Errors

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data corruption that results in incorrect game outcomes, incorrect odds being displayed, or incorrect bonus credits, jillbd reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. jillbd is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from such corrections.

8.2 — Third-Party Services

The jillbd platform integrates third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others) and third-party payment services (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and partner banks). jillbd is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or losses caused by third-party provider outages or failures.

8.3 — Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillbd's total liability to any player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.4 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jillbd, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of jillbd.

8.5 — Changes to These Terms

jillbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address on your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you must close your account before the effective date.
